Savoring those cinnamon rolls from Cafe Revenir was a game changer! The location offers a vibrant vibe, just a short stroll from major sites like Charles Bridge. Charming local joints like Coffee and Riot for your caffeine fix.
The room we got didn't look like the pictures at all. A bit cramped and basic, the curtains couldn't block the sunlight at 6 AM, made rising early a challenge.

Good service overall and parking nearby. Fully renovated and neat room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful views, great breakfast with cheese and cornflakes, as for instance. Location so close to the main attractions, astronomical tower, and the main square and the river.

Nice hotel, little old fashioned, but if you are just sleeping, it"s perfect, close to the old centre, clean rooms and beds.
No parking possibilities !

Proximity to attractions allowed easy exploration.
I was quite disappointed . The reception hours were frustrating. No one was available when I arrived early, and I felt stranded after hours without assistance. The lack of daily room cleaning left me uncomfortable, especially with used towels accumulating for days.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk to major attractions like Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock, nice for easy exploration without the need for public transport.
Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby pub was quite disruptive on weekends, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep without earplugs.

The location is quite good. It can be a little hard to find, so it helps having a map when you arrive in the city - the streets in that district are a little confusing. It is close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and a main shopping centre at the nearby metro station. The rooms are very clean and have everything necessary for a basic hotel in the city. The bathrooms are not designed perfectly, but the shower had plenty of hot water and reasonable pressure. The beds are comfortable.
The hotel is let down by the staff. They are lacking in professionalism. Paying up-front was not an issue, but the way that they demanded the payment was impolite. Having to leave your key at reception is an archaic system and should not be imposed on the guests. When my friend arrived at the hotel early in the morning the day after I checked in, there was a big argument about whether she could come up to my room. While we were there one of the staff members was going through some kind of divorce or break-up, which was marked by long and loud arguments with other members of staff, and highly audible angry phone conversations which tended to kill the atmosphere at breakfast. By the way, the breakfast is very uninspiring. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't be expecting anything from the staff.

Curtain in the bathroom was dirty. Stains on the carpet most likely blood. My pillow was torn. Which for me has no excuse.

The location is super convenient, super close to attractions! But the beds were really uncomfortable, and we didn't even have hot water for two days 😩

It's location is good and the room is just enough for what you need for a long weekend. It's my 4th stay there so it must be ok. Staff were helpful when checking out by looking after luggage until later and called the taxi for us when we needed it. Good bathroom, hot water and good shower.
